Refund Policy

Customer satisfaction is our top priority and we offer 7 day return policy. Customers will have 7 days after delivery of the product to initiate a return request with us. 

We are confident in all our products quality and descriptions that it will meet and/or exceed your expectations! All our perfumes are 100% genuine and authentic, sourced directly from the manufacturers or authorized distributors.

TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR A RETURN, ITEMS MUST BE IN THE SAME CONDITION THAT YOU RECEIVED IT, UNWORN OR UNUSED, WITH TAGS, AND IN ITS ORIGINAL PACKAGING. YOU’LL ALSO NEED THE RECEIPT OR PROOF OF PURCHASE.

Subject of the mail must be " Returns - [Enter Order id/number]". Emails without this subject will not be monitored.

IF YOUR RETURN IS ACCEPTED, WE’LL SEND YOU A RETURN SHIPPING LABEL, AS WELL AS INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW AND WHERE TO SEND YOUR PACKAGE. ITEMS SENT BACK TO US WITHOUT FIRST REQUESTING A RETURN WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

Non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Damages and issues

Our products are packaged with utmost care to ensure it reaches you safely; however, if you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately (same day as reception) at scentjourney.customerservice@gmail.com with details and photos of the issue. We will work to resolve the problem promptly.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve evaluated your request for refund. Once your request has been approved, you will receive a notification within 5-10 business days. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. 
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your refund, please contact us at scentjourney.customerservice@gmail.com.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
